Concept
We start with how you live, not with a mood board. Light, routine and the bones of the building set the direction.

Material
Stone, timber, lime plaster and linen. A short palette of materials that age well and feel right underhand.

Detail
The seams, reveals and shadow gaps most people never notice are where a room becomes calm.

Execution
We stay on site until the last handle is fitted. Drawings are only as good as what gets built.

A 1970s villa, rebuiltaround a single floor

Casa M began as a 1970s villa with small rooms and a garden nobody used. We removed two walls, dropped the kitchen floor to the garden level and ran one honed limestone floor through the whole ground plan.

We start with how you live, not with a mood board. Light, routine and the bones of the building set the direction. Before a single wall moves, we trace where the sun lands in each room through a day.
