How we work
LOOK, then SHOW
Every visit starts the same way. We look, we show you what we see, and you decide. Nothing is drilled, filled or charged that you haven't seen on the screen and agreed to in writing.
- 01LookWe examine every tooth and your gums under magnifying loupes before we say anything.
- 02ShowYour X-rays and photos go on the screen beside the chair, and we point at what we see.
- 03DecideYou take home a written plan with every price. Nothing starts until you say yes.
- 04TreatYou are numb before we begin, you hear each next step, and a raised hand means we stop.
- 05RecallWe tell you when to come back, and why that interval suits your mouth.

If you're nervous
Tell Joanne when you book. We give you a longer first appointment at no extra cost, start with a talk in the chair, and stop whenever you raise a hand.
Bringing a child
Come from the first tooth or the first birthday. Children's check-ups are £30, and free for children of parents on our plan.
If it hurts today
Call 01632 960 417 from 8am. We keep emergency slots every weekday morning; the appointment is £75, and treatment is priced before we start.
