Returns
Unopened bottles within 30 days, in their wrap. We refund the bottle and send you a free return label.
Opened bottles can’t be returned, because we can’t sell them again. That is why the discovery set exists, and why its price comes off your first bottle.
Questions
How long does a bottle last?
At three sprays a day, a 50 ml bottle lasts most people about six months, a 100 ml about a year.
What concentration are they?
All four are eaux de parfum, at the stronger end of the usual 15 to 20 per cent range.
Are they for men or women?
Neither. We list the materials and how far each one carries; wear the one you like.
Can I return an opened bottle?
We can’t resell opened perfume, so returns are for unopened bottles. If you’re unsure, start with the discovery set: its £22 comes off your first bottle.
Do you refill bottles?
Yes, in the boutique: bring back a 50 or 100 ml bottle and we refill it from the current batch for £20 less than a new one.
Do you ship abroad?
Not yet. We send to UK addresses only.
