InsuranceHealth insurance
Paying with health insurance.
Many health insurance policies cover physiotherapy. Most insurers ask you to call them first for an authorisation code: bring it, with your membership number, to your first appointment.
We're registered with several UK health insurers and bill them directly. If yours isn't one of them, you pay us and claim back with our itemised receipt. Ask Jo when you book.
If your policy has an excess, we collect it from you at the first appointment and bill the insurer for the rest.
