Atelier Nord
The warehouse came with concrete columns, a sawtooth roof and very little else. We kept it that way. The intervention is a sequence of timber rooms placed inside the shell: a library, two meeting rooms and a kitchen.
Desks run in long rows under the north-facing roof lights. Acoustic panels in undyed wool sit between the trusses. The material palette — oak, wool and steel — was chosen to soften the space without hiding its history.
