Dough school
Six people round the counter with Rosa: mix, ball and stretch your own dough, then bake it in the big oven. You go home with two dough balls for the weekend.

Roast pumpkin cream instead of tomato, fior di latte, sage crisped in the oven, walnuts. It goes when the pumpkins do.
