Before
you come
- How long is a sitting?
- About 75 minutes for eight pours. Nobody rushes you out; the next sitting starts half an hour after yours ends.
- Do I need to know anything about tea?
- No. We explain as we pour, and Orchid is a good first Dancong if you have never had one.
- Is there food?
- Small salted snacks with the tea. Yaowarat's food street is right downstairs for dinner before or after.
- Can I come alone?
- Yes. Most nights the table is shared; a seat is a seat.
- Can I buy the leaves?
- Yes, in 50 g tins of every tea on the list, at the table after your sitting.
