One mountainAll seven are Dancong, the long twisted-strip oolong of Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou. Each is named for the flower or fruit it smells of. A seat is one tea for the whole sitting, poured eight times from the same leaves.

Why is it called
duck shit?
Duck-Shit Fragrance is one of the two Dancong aromas the mountain is best known for, next to Honey-Orchid Fragrance. The name is real; it says nothing about how the tea tastes.
The whole family is named this way. Dancong is known for smelling of orange blossom, orchid, grapefruit, almond or ginger flower, though nothing is added to the leaf. It comes from the tree, the picking and the way the leaf is withered, bruised and roasted.
