What a visit covers

Room by room,
top to bottom.

Every visit follows the same order, so nothing gets forgotten and nothing gets cleaned twice: high to low, dry to wet, far wall to door.

01 · Kitchen

Worktops, hob, sink, fronts.

  • Worktops cleared, cleaned and put back as you left them
  • Hob and splashback degreased; sink and taps descaled (never on stone)
  • Cupboard fronts, handles and switches wiped
  • Floor dry-mopped, then damp-mopped out to the door
02 · Bathroom

Descaled, rinsed and dried.

  • Shower screen and tiles descaled, then dried so the rings stay away
  • Toilet, basin and bath, each with its own cloth colour
  • Grout brushed; mirrors and chrome polished streak-free
  • Towels folded or changed, if you leave fresh ones out
03 · Living & bedrooms

Dust first, then the floor.

  • Dusting top down: shelves, frames, skirting, then the floor gets what falls
  • Beds made (or changed if the linen is out)
  • Wood floors damp-mopped with the grain; rugs and carpets vacuumed
  • Bins emptied, recycling sorted to your council's rules
04 · Appliances

Fingerprints off, along the grain.

  • Fridge, dishwasher and oven doors wiped along the brushing
  • Microwave inside and out
  • Oven interior and fridge clear-out on deep cleans
05 · Windows, inside

The last pass of the day.

  • Inside panes squeegeed in S-strokes, edges detailed dry
  • Sills and frames wiped; tracks vacuumed
  • Outside glass on request, where it's safe from inside or ground level

  • Usually 10–14 person-hours
  • Fixed price after the walk-round
  • A good start before regular visits

Moving

£36/h

In or out

Asked most

Before you ask.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients give us a key after the first visit. Keys are coded, never labelled with your address, and kept in a logged safe at the studio.

Do you bring your own products?

Yes, and the kit: microfibre in four colours, a vacuum with a HEPA filter, squeegees, and pH-neutral cleaners for stone and wood. If you'd rather we used yours, tell us at the walk-round.

Will it always be the same people?

Yes. Each home has a crew of two who know it. If one is off, we tell you the day before who is coming instead, never at the door.

What about pets?

We like them. Tell us who lives with you, where they'd rather be during the visit, and whether a door should stay closed.

How do I cancel or pause?

With 48 hours' notice, for free, as often as you need. There is no contract: regular visits run until you stop them.
