Pennick & Daughter is a fictional bakery: a demo site by Quire Studio. The bakery, its town, people, prices and suppliers are invented. The facts about the trade are real.
The bread
Every loaf, bun and cake on this site is drawn by code: a small engine that builds each one from its shape, scoring, flour and bake colour. When a client has their own photographs, they replace the drawings.
