Sourdough proved overnight in the cold, yeasted loaves for toast and sandwiches. Everything is mixed, shaped and baked here.
Wholemeal sourdough

Half stone-ground wholemeal. A closer crumb, nuttier, keeps for days.
White bloomer

Split tin

Rye sourdough packed with sunflower and linseed. Dense, dark, slices thin.
