Stefan & Ming
What it is
Remake of the site for Stefan & Ming, an interior design / home & decoration studio in Bucharest (founded 2016; residential first, some hospitality). Goal: impress and convert quietly — prospective clients should feel the studio's patience and precision, see six projects in depth, and start a project. Content from `data/briefs/stefan-ming/` (site, projects, studio, images; copy edited and shortened). English. Photos: the owner's Unsplash placeholders, fetched at runtime (the team shots are generic office stock and are not used). Stack: Vite + vanilla JS, GSAP/ScrollTrigger, Lenis, multi-page (static HTML generated at build by `scripts/gen.mjs`).
This is the build's own brief, kept as it was written. Stefan & Ming is a demonstration build: it is real, it runs, and it is not a client job.
Measured palette
Six colours sampled from the build itself, in the order they were found. They are listed because a palette is a decision, and decisions should be visible.
