1P/HALLEY

Score 7.8 Rounds 1 persistent 2.6s decay

What it is

Free-rein brief ("about anything you want"), round 1 of an unattended build → test → rate loop. Backbone had to come from the least-explored sites: chose [18-years-of-buro] (archetype B, anniversary chapter story; used by 0 builds). Subject chosen to fit it (subject_seeds with a backbone theme): Halley's Comet — a 2,300-year record of returns, which is exactly what buro's spiral of years draws. Goal: explain (what it is, when it was seen, what people made of it, when it comes back) and convert to one action: put 28 July 2061 in your calendar / see the Orionids this month. Audience: curious general public. Brand: "1P" (the comet's official designation) — a public reading of the record, not a company; no invented organisation, contact = the sources page. Copy in English. Stack: Vite + vanilla JS, GSAP + ScrollTrigger, Lenis. Multi-page: index, returns, 2061, sources, 404.

This is the build's own brief, kept as it was written. 1P/HALLEY is a demonstration build: it is real, it runs, and it is not a client job.

Measured palette

Six colours sampled from the build itself, in the order they were found. They are listed because a palette is a decision, and decisions should be visible.
