01 / 06

We switch off and protect

We switch the unit off at the board and cover the furniture and floor beneath it first.

02 / 06

We lift the front panel

The panel lifts on its hinges. We see the filters and the state of the coil behind them.

03 / 06

We take out and wash the filters

The dust filters slide out, get washed and dried before they go back in.

04 / 06

We clean the evaporator

The fins of the heat exchanger are cleaned and sanitised with a dedicated solution, without bending them.

05 / 06

Fan and condensate tray

We clean the cross-flow fan and check that condensate water drains freely.

06 / 06

We close up and test

Everything goes back in place; we switch the unit on and check it together with you.

Since 1996

1996

For thirty years we have been welcomed into people’s homes. What we leave behind matters: a clean appliance, a room as tidy as before, and someone who knows what was done.

How it goes

One booking,three steps.

  1. 01

    You call or write

Tell us which appliance you have and what you noticed. We agree a day and a time window.

  2. 02

    We come to you

The technician checks the appliance and tells you what needs doing before starting.

  3. 03

    We work and test

We clean, repair or service, then switch the appliance on and check it together.
