What happens next

  1. We reply within a working day, usually the same afternoon.
  2. Reserved things wait under the counter for 7 days, under your name.
  3. Posting is £4.20 anywhere in the UK, free over £60, by tracked Royal Mail, wrapped as it would be at the counter.
